Earthquake in the Belice Valley completely destroys the towns of Gibellina, Santa Ninfa, Montevago, Salaparuta, and Poggioreale.

United Winemakers
A group of winemakers initiates an informal path of mutual support in vineyard management.
1998
Ermes Foundation
Cantine Ermes Società Cooperativa Agricola is founded, with its first facility in Santa Ninfa (TP).
2008
New Strategies
Cantine Ermes begins the production of bottles alongside bulk wine, establishes Tenute Orestiadi, and embarks on its journey in Veneto with the establishment of a production winery in Mansuè.
2010
Sicily Expansion
New facilities in Sicily become part of Cantine Ermes.
2018
Strategic Partnership
Begins collaborations with the Cooperativa Sociale della Riforma Fondiaria in Mesagne (EN) and the agricultural company La Gelsomina for the production of Etna DOC wines.
2020
Abbruzzo Expansion
Cantine Ermes expands with a facility in Guagnano (LE) and a cooperage in Manduria.
2022
Espansione in Abruzzo
With the launch of our facility in Atessa (CH), our journey in Abruzzo begins.
2023
A new headquarter in Emilia
The San Prospero location in Modena, in the province of Bologna, is added.
2024
A new headquarter in Oltrepò
The Canneto facility, located in Oltrepò Pavese, Lombardy, becomes part of the group.
